My tracking information indicates my shipment was "Delivered." but I did not receive it. What can I do?
Start with check asking the other members of your household and also with your neighbors if they received the shipment. On occasion deliveries will be given to a neighbor if you are not home. If you still can't locate the package, contact the delivery service and ask where the shipment was put. If you did not find the shipment after taking the above steps contact us at fancyemall@hkpros.net.

We ship all our products via USPS Priority Mail.

What is the policy for Returns and/or Refunds?
Returns are accepted only with the following conditions: 1. Returns must be approved within 3 days of receipt of item(s), so buyer must contact me within that time period with reason for request and for approval; fancyemall@hkpros.net 2. Return shipping must include Delivery Confirmation, cost for which is buyer's responsibility. 3. Returned item(s) must be received in the same condition & packaging as when sent, or no store credit will be given. 4. No Refunds will be issued for returned items, however I do offer replacement with a similarly priced item, or a store credit towards a future purchase, within a specified time limit. 5. If approved, buyer also pays S/H costs on replacement items, which must include Delivery Confirmation & Tracking.

You will receive an email confirmation of shipment thru USPS, with tracking info on your package, and date sent.

We accept PayPal, Cash On Delivery and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, Sorry.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It really depends on the carrier but it should not take longer than 14 business days after we recieving payment.
