What is the policy for Returns and/or Refunds?
Returns are accepted only with the following conditions:
1. Returns must be approved within 3 days of receipt of item(s), so buyer must contact me within that time period with reason for request and for approval; email@example.com
2. Return shipping must include Delivery Confirmation, cost for which is buyer's responsibility.
3. Returned item(s) must be received in the same condition & packaging as when sent, or no store credit will be given.
4. No Refunds will be issued for returned items, however I do offer replacement with a similarly priced item, or a store credit towards a future purchase, within a specified time limit.
5. If approved, buyer also pays S/H costs on replacement items, which must include Delivery Confirmation & Tracking.
